• Personalized Player Banners

I keep seeing new banners made especially for GoldToken players on the right side banners of my gamesheet. Those GoldToken squirrels must be going "squirrely" adding new banners as often as they do. If you don't already have the right side banners visible on your gamesheet, go to your "preferences" and then choose the "gamesheet" tab. Make sure "disable right-panel gamesheet ads" is not checked. Maybe there's a banner there made just for you. If not, there might soon be!

• Recognition Tokens - GoldToken's Treasure Trove - On this board there are so many tokens available for purchasing either for yourself or for others to put on profile pages. The GoldToken graphic team has even made some gift tokens for your pleasure/use. To view these tokens go to the board Recognition Tokens, click on the link at the top of the page, Recognition Tokens - GoldToken's Treasure Trove, and scroll through the many tokens available. There are also holiday tokens there and tokens always make a nice holiday gift.

• To purchase a token send golderos to eliphont551 from your "profile" on your gamesheet where it says transfer golderos and include the name of the Token(s) written on the board, specifying if they are for your own profile or for someone else. Easy peasy!

• The discussion boards listed at the top of your gamesheet were created by GoldToken to give more options for players to have fun with each other. There are boards that provide contests, boards you can interact with, games, crossword puzzles, contests, and just plain fun. On many of these boards, tokens are given out as prizes to add to your profile page and brighten it up. "Why would I want any of these tokens of my page?" I've heard players ask. That's OK, many players don't and that's fine. Some players just don't have the time and that's OK, too. The tokens just give a chance for those who do, to brighten up their page and feel pride in those they've won from the various contests.

• These boards cannot survive without player's interaction. Hosts work hard to provide this entertainment for you but when no/low entries happen, it's discouraging and hard work for nothing. GoldToken so appreciates the hard work these hosts do and want to continue with the boards but some won't survive without your input. So please stop by and check these boards out and decide if you'd like to get in on the fun and win contests. No obligation.

Best Recipe Contest

August's winner is: Parmesan Crusted Chicken

• Submitted by **Lover of Darkness**

Ingredients
½ Cup - Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon - Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix Shaker
¼ cup - Parmesan Cheese
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (Approximately 4 6 Oz. Each)
6 tablespoon - Panko Crumbs

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Instructions
-Combine mayonnaise, ranch seasoning powder and Parmesan cheese in a bowl until well combined.
-Place chicken breasts on a lightly greased baking sheet. Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the tops of the chicken; then sprinkle evenly with the panko crumbs.

Bake 25–30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve hot.

We would like to say to . Whafflet for letting us step into their personal life for a bit.

1. What brought you to GoldToken, and how'd you choose your name for GT?

• I found GT purely by accident. I was in lockdown thanks to COVID and I was shopping online for presents. GT was 1 of the names that came up when I typed in Gold. At first I wasn't gonna check it out 'cause it sounded like a casino, however I'm really pleased I did. I use to play a lot of board games growing up in a large family and after reading some of the nice things people were saying about GT I decided to stay.
• My name is Whafflet and comes from the fact that when I'm explaining things I tend to go on a bit, my partner says I'm like a broken record going on and on over old txt. He says a simple explanation is all that's needed, but once I start I can't stop.

2. What state or country do you reside in? What do you think tourists should definitely see?

• I live in Scotland which is part of the UK.

3. What hobbies do you have?

• I make jewelry which I'm happy to say I've turned into a business, or at least am trying to. I also play online games, not just here, but eve online and Elder scrolls online.

4. Children? Grandchildren?

• I have no children, but I do have 2 nephews.

5. Do you work? What kind of work do/did you do?

• My hobby of jewelry making is a part living/job, trying to turn it in to a business.

6. Any pets?

• I have 2 pets, Thomas a grey and white short haired tom cat and Om a Horse field Tortoise

7. Are you under 30?___ 30 to 50? ___ or over 50? Male or Female?

• I am over 50 and female

8. Favorite food?

• My favourite food is chili nuts, although I suppose they're a snack, but I love chicken satay with egg fried rice.

9. What's the farthest you've been from home?

• Furthest I've been is Spain, didn't really think much of it though.

10. If you could be anywhere right now, where would that be?

• If I could be anywhere right now it would be on a canal boat, preferably on a nice quiet stretch of water.

11. Favorite season?

• My Favourite season is Autumn (fall)

12. Favorite movie? Favorite TV show?

• Hmmm was gone in 60 seconds, but it changed to Michael Caine's Italian Job

13. If you could meet anyone (living or dead) in the world, who would it be?

• OOOH if I could meet anyone, it would be George Michael (dead) and Johnny Depp (living)
