Homemade Pizza
Homemade Pizza
Crust:
1. 2 cups Flour
2. 1 tsp Sugar
3. 1 tsp Salt
4. 1 tsp Active Dry Yeast (activate in 1/2 cup warm water)
5. 1 tbsp Olive oil (optional)
Toppings:
1. 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
2. 1 cup Cooked Chicken, diced
3. 1 cup Bell Peppers, sliced
4. Ketchup + Soy Sauce (as sauce)
Instructions:
Step 1: Make the Crust
1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
2. Add warm water, mix until dough forms.
3. Knead for 5-7 minutes.
4. Rest for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
Step 2: Prepare Toppings
1. Cook chicken until done.
2. Slice bell peppers.
Step 3: Assemble and Bake
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Roll out dough to desired thickness.
3. Spread ketchup + soy sauce mixture as sauce.
4. Add shredded mozzarella cheese.
5. Top with cooked chicken and bell peppers.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Tips:
1. Use a pizza stone for crispy crust.
2. Adjust sauce and toppings to taste.
3. Consider adding other toppings (e.g., onions, olives).
Variations:
Chicken Fajita Pizza: Add onions, jalapeños.
Mediterranean Pizza: Add olives, feta cheese.

We would like to say

SandyPaws for letting us step into their personal life for a bit.
1. What brought you to GoldToken? How did you happen to choose your GT name?
- A friend, restivo46, invited me to try it. I'd never played turn-based games before, but they can be addicting, especially with the great people you meet here. SandyPaws has been a nickname for a long time, and I've used it on almost all my game sites.
2. What interests you most on GT?
- I love the friends I've made on GT, and the games and tournaments have been great. It's hard to pick a favorite game, but the chat feature is set up so well that it's a pleasure to chat as well as play.
3.Do you belong to any of the clubs?
- I belong to several clubs.
4.What state or country do you reside in? Do you live in the city or country? What in your state or country do you think tourists should definitely see?
- I live in Florida and am forced to work a block from the Gulf of Mexico. A hardship, but someone has to work here. When you come to Florida for Orlando and the theme parks, don't skip the beaches. (unknown photo) (Gulf coast is best, of course!)
- Recently watched Hurricane Milton's eyewall pass over my house 11 days after Helene devastated the island where I work. Nevertheless, I love living here.
5.What hobbies do you have? What other interests do you have?
- My hobbies? I don't have time for anything but GT: I sign up for way too many tournaments
In what time I can spare from such important activities, I read 
and walk along the beach.
6.Children? Grandchildren?
- I have one wonderful son, but I don't see grandkids in my future.
7.Do you work? If so what kind of work do you do?
- I have a wonderful job as a ministry assistant in a small church on a lovely island. Work I love, great people, great location: what more could one ask for?
8.Any pets?
- * No pets. After decades of having at least one animal in the house, I discovered I'm allergic and have been much healthier, although probably not happier.*
9.Are you under 30?___ 30 to 50? ___ or over 50? Male or Female?
- I'm well over 50 and female.
10. Favorite food?
- Too many to count! Right now, it's the free barbeque being given away outside my office. (unknown photo)
11. What's the farthest you've been from home?
- I have rarely been outside the U.S., but I have visited the Cayman Islands and they are lovely.
12. If you could be anywhere right now, where would that be?
- I am perfectly content right where I am, doing what God has called me to do in this place at this time.
13. Favorite season?
- I love Fall! It makes me feel refreshed in a way that people who don't live in Florida feel about Spring.
14. If you could meet anyone (living or dead) in the world, who would it be?
- I don't really have a good answer: there are so many people I'd love to talk to.

I first came to GoldToken 22 years ago, in March of 2002.
I just stumbled upon it for no reason at all, but it has proven to be a very fortunate accident.
It seems to me to be the best of all the multigame, turn-based sites.
It has all the games I like to play, and it always tries to get the rules right.
It isn't like another site I have played at that has what it calls «Italian Checkers», even though their game isn't Italian Checkers at all.
I especially like running the sitewide and special-request tournaments, which contribute to the appeal of our game site.
I have been doing this continuously since the autumn of 2009.
My latest gaming passion is Nine Men's Morris.
It appears to be just a simple little game, but looks can be deceiving.
I am finding it to be a lot of fun and very challenging.
It has been played for over 2.000 years—in ancient Roman, mediaeval Europe, Elizabethan England and the modern world, and often it has been widely popular.
That is great testimony to the enjoyment this game offers.
I would like to see other GoldToken players get interested in this fine game and play it seriously, which is something it well deserves.
