July's winner is:
Cabbage, Kielbasa and Potatoes
Best made in a 12" iron skillet with lid
1 small, or 1/2 large green cabbage - chopped and divided
4-5 med russet potatoes - peeled and coined (about 1/2" slices) - divided
1 13-16oz kielbasa - beef or turkey cut into angled 1/4" slices - divided
1-2 cups chicken stock
salt and pepper to taste
Heat and lightly oil/butter bottom of skillet and layer half of potatoes - season
Layer half of cabbage - season
Layer half of kielbasa
Repeat layers seasoning potatoes and cabbage and ending with kielbasa.
Pour in stock, cover, bring to a boil, then simmer for about 20 minutes.
Check for doneness of potatoes and cabbage and check for salt and pepper
Easiest to put layers on paper plates and volume is only restricted by the depth of the skillet - this is a favorite camping recipe.

We would like to say

1. How'd you choose your name for GT?
- Agony of Defeet is a song by Parliament Funkadelic that I like.
2. What interests you most on GT? Do you have a favorite game?
- My love for GoldToken started as something quiet to do while my young children were sleeping. There were only 5 games in early 2001: 4 in a row, chess, reversi, checkers and salvo. Summer of 2001 when the first variants were designed. And who remembers that crash of July 2001 when 2 weeks of data were lost?
3. What state or country do you reside in? What do you think tourists should definitely see?
- I live on Lake Murray South Carolina. Its a 55,000 acre lake for boating
, fishing 
and swimming. 
4. What hobbies do you have?
- Hula hooping a recent passion in my 50's, a bit more challenging in my 60's
5. Children? Grandchildren?
- I have 2 daughters
and one 19-month old grandson 
I have the privilege of caring for a few days a week. He loves my hula hooping tricks.
6. Do you work? what kind of work do/did you do?
- I am retired home care CNA
7. Any pets?
- Taking a break from the pets currently. Use to have dogs cats parrots turtles and fish.
8. Are you under 30?___ 30 to 50? ___ or over 50? Male or Female?
- I am over 50 female .
9. Favorite food?
- Seafood. Grew up in Northern Virginia where a favorite meal was table full of blue crabs and cold beer.
10. What's the farthest you've been from home?
Been as far west as Tulsa Ok, as far south as Key West Florida and as far north as Boston MA.
11. If you could be anywhere right now where would that be?

Guest and Wood level players can submit one Nugget per month. Players with a Silver membership or higher can submit as many articles as they want.
