bookfox, you are brilliant! I agree with EVERYTHING you have said! I could talk to you with 10 paragraphs! However I will keep it brief! As for diet I simply avoid Fat and refined white sugar! (basically anything refined!) I have told most of my patients about this and they love me! You can lose 5 lbs. a week! 20lbs. in a month or 200 lbs. in 10 months!! Talk is cheap, so give this a try!! As for the global population, well, too much carbon monoxide out there and that is only the tip of the "iceberg!" A decrease of the general population would definitely help! The ways are bad news though! Those terrible airborn viruses? OUCH!! And worse yet those two men! Take it easy adminstraitors! I am not sheading any names or countries!
