You can keep up with all the notices and the upcoming games so you can get a start on your team. Tournaments start on the 20th of every month. Hope to see your club there.

Best Recipe Contest

March's winner is: Yankee Enchiladas

This recipe is awesome, have fixed it many times and am always asked for the recipe.

Ingredients
Brown 1 1/2 to 2 Lbs of Ground Beef
Add a package of Taco Seasoning
Add a can of Re-fried Beans
Add a can of Chillies {opt}
Add a small can of black olives {opt}

Directions
In another bowl mix a can of cream of mushroom soup and a large tub of sour cream together.

In large casserole pan, spoon 1/4 of the sour cream mixture over bottom.

Take flour tortillas and stuff with meat mixture.

Line up in the pan and spread remaining sour cream mixture over the top - grate cheddar cheese over and then bake at 350 until cheese melts.

1. What brought you to GoldToken, and how'd you choose your name for GT?

• I tried many sites but have always returns to GT because it’s simply the best board and card game site!
• In memorial of my father in law and his dog Xandu.

2. What interests you most on GT? Do you have a favorite game?

• The wikis and the clubs. I play most board games but am learning some card games. (unknown photo)

3. What state or country do you reside in? What do you think tourists should definitely see?

• I am from Sweden I live in a suburb nearby.

• Reading , playing board games and walking.

Breaking Club News:

Do you love BACKGAMMON? Then listen up to this.
{ Club } was set up a few years ago as a result of a competition set up by GoldToken to try and encourage more clubs to take part in inter-club ladders.
The Backgammon Club Revival club is split into six smaller clubs each of which takes part in the backgammon inter-club ladders. Sadly over the last couple of years they have lost several members from these clubs and would really like to find some new backgammon players willing to join them. NOTE: There should only be a couple of games at any time so it is not a big undertaking.
Players are only allowed to play in the ladders for one club so anyone already signed up to a team in other club would not be able to play here.

If anyone would like to join please message sallyp for more information or an invite to join in on the fun Backgammon challenges.

Friendly Competition for Fun and Good Times - check out The Mar 2019 — KJ's CHESSARAMA, Fun Times challenge Tournament, which starts on May 6th. It's open for sign up now. It is a League tourney with 2 Rounds, which also has a 5-day clock with nine months and game forfeit.

GoldToken World Checker League
A number of clubs have been set up so that all checker players can compete for their region in a GoldToken World Checker League.

The clubs will compete in a round robin league all done through the automated inter-club challenge system.

Current clubs with a team will also compete and over 50 players have joined to play and 8-10 clubs in total.

The regional Clubs available for all to join are

The Checkers - World Friendly Club - All locations not covered by the other clubs
The Checkers - European UK Ireland Friendly Club - European countries
The Checkers - Wisconsin Illinois and Missouri Friendly Club - Wisconsin, Missouri and Illinois as these states are geographically together and have enough players for their own club
The Checkers - East Coast USA Friendly Club - USA East Coast
The Checkers - West and Central USA Friendly Club - USA Central and West Coast
