yes was able to flip it after mirage expired

That's a very interesting scenario there. There's nothing in the rules that woudl explicitely talk about it - I would definitely say the active mirage is what is preventing you from flipping the piece.

in #14115441 my opponent has blocked entry to my home whilst I was delivering a relic.
According to the rules I should be able to bury the directions tile if I can't use my full move, but this doesn't seem to work.
I'm surprised the rules allow this
Am I missing something or is this a bug?

Just realised there is an active mirage, so may explain it
