I have been experimenting with making the Folder names in YT easier to spot by using ALT characters such as

Some work poorly when viewed on a TCL ROKU TV.

Yes you got that right. Not sure what she was doing but she finally got on and Just asked her how did she do it.. So have to give that answer till I either speak to her in the AM or see what she says when she comes back on..

Soooooooo what you are saying is.....she did reset her password and all and you can go in (with her permission) and access her account but she can't?

What I do is I go to my browser and type in Goldtoken, when I click on GT site I will add it to my bookmark page and then I add GT to my home screen. That was I have the icon GT and I click on that to get to GT. I don't use their app at all.

But Ginny you are saying.......you can access her Goldtoken on your phone but she cannot on her phone?

She never used an app, I never used one either and I was able to log into her account, with her permission, just to see if it was working.. I'm going to send her another email and tell her to restart her phone again..

Marc She's tried to log in with Safari, and Google and I told her to shut down her IPHONE n leave it off for 60 seconds and try again., She used to go on without any app.
She's not too much of a Techie so not sure what she's able to do., Isn't Google Chrome?

I had to do a factory reset and lost my GT app. I found a link to download a one but it says it's an old version and won't work on my tablet. I can't find the one I was using anywhere. I have one on my phone and it works brilliantly. Any ideas for me?

True. GT memorises the password in a cookie, so she needs to clean those, but I suppose this has been done.

She should also delete whatever ap she has used to access GT in the past before trying again. These devices have a nasty way of remembering all the old passwords which can cause problems as well.

I don't know what browser type she is using, but there are multiple options.

On iphones you can use the default Safari, or you can use Chrome or Duck Duck Go, which I think is Chrome without tracking. Those are my alternates but I'm sure there are others.

If she's up for it, have her d/l Chrome if she doesn't already have it and try accessing GT from that.

Thank you rabbitoid for your answers , but already mentioned this to her on both accounts. We've been working on this for a few weeks. She's so sad that she's not been able to come play her games. Just having a Iphone to play games is pretty intense.. I just wish I was able to send her a small gift so she'd be able to have access other then her phone but I'm strapped also.

Passwords are usually capital-sensitive. 'A' and 'a' are not the same letter. Tell her to verify, by watching each letter of the password that it is correct as she types it, before it masked under the '*'.

Another pitfall is a spell-checker which may "correct" her password as she types it.

I'll talk to her and hopefully be able to talk her through this.. Thank you for your input..

Try going where the apps are in settings make sure they've allowed access to certain settings
It could be something as simple as that hopefully

Hi all, seems nothing has been posted here in ages. LOL
Ok here's my issue, although it's not really my issue. Not sure if anyone knows Janie62 but she's not been online here playing her games due to a log in issue.
I text her daily and I am trying to help her get back into GT.. Seems she was having issues resetting her password and every time she tried it said that her email was not found. So I asked her if she would allow me to help her and contact support. She approved it and one of our squirrels got back to me with a temporary password. First of all she tried to do it and to no avail wasn't able to even use the temporary password. So asked her again if she would allow me to reset her password and agreed on a new password for her and naturally she approved it. I was able to reset her password on my desktop and then went into her profile and changed it there. I attempted to log into her account and was able to.. Then I tried on my Iphone and was able to log in there also.,
She only has her Iphone and tried to log in and again was unable to access GT.. So again I bothered support and they told me to come here that you wonderful helpful people could assist me..
She is going crazy not being able to play her games and would appreciate it if anyone would be able to help me help her..
