Posted by GinnyB on 18 Dec 2023 at 12:04AM Hi all, seems nothing has been posted here in ages. LOL Ok here's my issue, although it's not really my issue. Not sure if anyone knows Janie62 but she's not been online here playing her games due to a log in issue. I text her daily and I am trying to help her get back into GT.. Seems she was having issues resetting her password and every time she tried it said that her email was not found. So I asked her if she would allow me to help her and contact support. She approved it and one of our squirrels got back to me with a temporary password. First of all she tried to do it and to no avail wasn't able to even use the temporary password. So asked her again if she would allow me to reset her password and agreed on a new password for her and naturally she approved it. I was able to reset her password on my desktop and then went into her profile and changed it there. I attempted to log into her account and was able to.. Then I tried on my Iphone and was able to log in there also., She only has her Iphone and tried to log in and again was unable to access GT.. So again I bothered support and they told me to come here that you wonderful helpful people could assist me.. She is going crazy not being able to play her games and would appreciate it if anyone would be able to help me help her.. Thanking you in advance, GinnyB for Janie62
