Your recipe this month would need to have Pumpkin in the recipe. Most parts of the pumpkin plant are edible, including the fleshy shell, the seeds, the leaves, and the flowers. When ripe, the pumpkin can be boiled, steamed, or roasted.

BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Nachos 🥓🍔🧀🌽
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups tortilla chips
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions:

Cook Beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet and stir in BBQ sauce.
Assemble Nachos: Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet, top with BBQ beef, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Serve: Top with tomatoes, sour cream, and green onions.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 7 minutes
Servings: 4
Calories: Approx. 600 per serving
