I have been a big fan of mushrooms for as long as can remember. My mom made stuffed mushrooms that were fantastic! I used to love them raw until a friend of mine informed me they need to be rendered down in order to be digestible. I have found an airfryer recipe with olive oil, garlic and onion powder and worcestershire(don't ask me to pronounce)sauce that is really tasty.
