Ham slices or you can use any deli slices

Egg salad

Bread

Mayo or mustard

Green food coloring



Mix some green food coloring into egg salad. Slices of bread add mayo or mustard, egg salad, ham slices. 



My mom made this when I was a kid. Today I have made this for my kids. If you are Vegetarian you can substitute veggie slices for the ham.
