We would like to say to nylady41 for letting us step into their personal life for a bit.


1. How'd you choose your name for GT?

• So my gt name was easy I live in NewYork I’m a woman and I joined when I was 41 yrs old. Nylady41

2. What interests you most on GT? Do you have a favorite game?

• Besides the games that were here then, meeting new friends from all over the world. I have met many of them in person. My favorite game is backgammon

3. What state or country do you reside in? What do you think tourists should definitely see?

• New York NYC a big popular tourist area so much to visit I would say Governor Island is a must for a visit but Ny has so many interesting places to see, walk along the high line see a show on Broadway open your horizon and eat food you never thought you would try

4. What hobbies do you have?

• Having game nights at home with friends, playing online games (unknown photo), cooking and traveling I love cruising.

5. Children? Grandchildren?

• I have 3 adult children and I have 2 Grandsons

6. Do you work? What kind of work do/did you do?

• Yes because of pandemic I went back to work in medical field

7. Any pets?

• a cat she was a feral that we fed and took care of as soon as she gave us her trust and started coming in we kept her now she’s a indoor cat (unknown photo)

• proud to say I’m in my 60’s I just don’t know how I got here so fast I don’t feel it (oh how I (laura) wish I could say this),

• I would say Italian but I love Chinese, Indian, Spanish all kinds (unknown photo)

10. What's the farthest you've been from home?

• Hard to say for the States it would be California but I cruise all over the place

11. If you could be anywhere right now where would that be?

• Greece it’s on my bucket list

• Summer (unknown photo) the older I get, I just want warm weather winters are too cold here in NY

• my all time favorite movie, Pretty Woman with Richard Gere and Julia Roberts
