Mecir set up profile comments and photo albums for all members, enabled players to hide their profiles from search engines, and made some adjustments to Whist-related card games to resolve the problem when someone drops out from the game. Be sure to send him a note of appreciation!

With summer just about here for most of us...if it isn't already, you may find many of your opponents off on vacation. This sometimes causes a few to be upset their games are not being played quickly. Please be understanding and kindly message your opponent rather than take these grumblings to the boards.

I have been playing at GoldToken for many years now. I was first introduced to GT by a friend called OAD. I am an ex veteran and my favorite game to play is Hypergammon. I am the proud owner of { Club }.
I also work for the site as a Special Tournament Director. I run HTH Tournaments, Marathons and Olympic Tournaments. One of the clubs I run is The
Gold Triathlon Marathon Club.

I found GoldToken way back in Feb 2002, quite by accident. I was surfing the web looking for a fun but safe site where I could learn how to play backgammon. I'd tried a few sites which were okay, but from the moment I clicked in here, I felt at home and met some wonderful people who were very patient whilst I picked up the rules of the game and also introduced me to many new games.
A special thanks at this point to
Robyn Hode who tried ( desperately ) to teach me how to play chess. I failed miserably much to his amusement but bless him...he persisted. That was 2002 and I still can't play it! I'm not bad at backgammon though these days. so a big thank you to everyone who has helped me lose so many games, ( not naming any names
Sky!) I wondered if there is a site award for perseverance?
I treasure the many friendships I have made here. Thank you all for the fun, the tears of laughter, and for generally putting up with me over the years, and here's to the coming ones...

Stonehead Stone Games Club is entering our
5th year!
While we have some of the best players in many games, we accept players at ALL levels. Invite any of us if you are interested in joining the most active and most victorious Stone Games Team around. We would be glad to tell you about it.
We have teams in go moku, small go moku, large go moku, pente, golden pente, four in a row, cylindrical four in a row, zero g four in a row, backgammon, and nackgammon. If your club has a team please challenge us! We also have many competitive stone game ladders and monthly internal tournaments. Other games are available and interest determines activity. Contact any of us if you are interested in joining our club.

Classic TV & Music Club : We play wiki games and Auto Tourneys with names of Classic TV and/or Music.
{ Club }: My brand new club. We play all varients of Cribbage. We play Inter-club challenges and Auto Tourneys. No wiki games.
