What is the difference between "save this move" and "save and go to a similar game" ?

save and go to a similar game will go to the next game on you list of the same game, for example if you you are playing backgammon it will go to your next BG game (if you have one). It only works for the same variant, so won't go a 3pt BG game next.
Save game will simply go to the next game on your games list.

save and go to a similar game is particularly useful when you may get another go in that game, e.g. whist, hit&miss salvo.
