Anti-Zugzwang Timeout Pass

Thanks to some recent comments on the GoldToken Discussion Board we have slightly changed the way our loss-of-move timeouts work. In some games it is possible to get in a position where the player who moves next will end up losing. In that case, suffering a timeout can actually be good strategy. You could always pass the move back to your opponent, but the second time you did that, you'd get a draw instead of a win.

We have changed it now so that on the second time you pass the move back to your opponent, you get to choose between claiming the draw, or forcing your opponent to make a move. If your opponent times out again, you win the game.

If you notice any funky side effects from these changes, let me know.
