Separation of club teams and ladders

Until now, the club teams and club ladders were tied together. In order to participate in a club ladder, you had to be in a club team, and if the club enabled ladders, everyone on the team was in the corresponding ladder as well.

All these restrictions are now lifted. Ladders and club teams are completely separated - for each game offered by the club, you can be in a ladder, in a team, or in both. Club presidents also have an option to disable ladders entirely for their club if so they wish. Also, it used to be that in order to enable ladders, you had to specify the "Ladders" sort type for team members. This, too, is no longer true - you can now have ladders and still use any sorting you want.

You can still only be in one club team for each game (so you cannot be in a Backgammon team in two clubs at the same time), but ladders do not have this restriction, so you can be in as many club ladders for the same game as you wish.
