Oh, it's okay, I figured it out. It goes on the RK tile spot. I thought that was the pile that you take from if you couldn't move.

I've selected a tile and it now says 'choose where to place it'. But I see no options of where to place it ... How do I play the tiles? I've move the mouse around on the screen and no hand cursor appears as a spot I can put it.

Because it's easier to say that than do a lot of coding to check whether that's possible

The person who goes first a tile from the pool , Open if you can, then Discard.
The Trump card is used only if all tiles in your hand are going to be used.
To go out one tile must be used as a discard.
