In freestyle, you think about your opponent, not about yourself.
Velocity, not force/
pick up a large rock, hold it out, now; let it drop...you have used no energy and
the rock hits hard.
this is velocity...which strikes pressure points{vital areas} where there is no muscle outside but internally.
well...a prime and blitz uses no energy nor does doubles, .
if you are ahead using a racing game.
if you are behind in pips use a kamikaze strategy, you have nothing to lose.
play the opposite strategy of your opponent.
I am in another 100 games, I played tournaments in high, 17 years old{wow!!!}
and money games.
however, the doubles you see here on the boards are from that machine.
I have to oppose doubles of 3-6 in 70% of my game.
Melly has 6 now and you may break the record... Clapping Clapping

The Best Offense is a Good DEFENSE>
The Best DEFENSE is a Good OFFENCE.
the same as Martial Arts.
the same as in Football.
a closed space is an Anchor.
build anchors and pairs and cover them.
lose checkers need builders close by...
build a good prime.
build a good blitz.
the more games you play the better you get{remembering the positions and what happened}.
know the 5 strategies.
build both and own a six anchor prime or blitz.
the crunch position can hurt you in certain positions, [entumbing yourself-cramped}
double 5's are the most difficult to work with.
a single 5 is sometimes called a 'joker'.{ double 5's with a stone on the bar}
the supreme point on the board is the 5 point...' the Golden point".
Double six's{bring them all home].
6/5 is known as 'Lovers Leap".
one piece across the board but some people split them{depending on the board setup }.
but 11 across is an excellent move in itself.
the worst; ugh' opening move to get is a 2 and a 1--the best is 6 and a one.
when to split.
when to slot.
when to run.
when to hit.
when to change beginner moves to advanced and intermediate traps.
build tempo{time-space-position}
Luck and doubles are a big part of the game.
spaces are good for builders.
blots are loose checkers,
make you open blots closed anchored.
