Actually (I edited the photo to see it better) this appears to be the Polish trainer version SBLim-1 with the Lis-1 engine.

It is now on show at HARS aviation museum at Shellharbour airport New South Wales Australia.

Photo wà taken during the time I was helping to pull it apart so could be transported on a truck.

HARS have Migs 15 silver, 17 blue and 21 red and green.

It looks like the ship has a fence on it to me

Hard to tell as the foreground is out of focus.
I was trying to work out what it was, it looks metallic to me

It looks to me like the boat was shot through a fence.
