People say things that they wouldn't in real life. Why would you treat a lot of other people like crap? They might have depression or other disorders!

What causes us to do it? What can we do to help us not do it?

Anger: you keep tilting, you screw up on a move that makes you lose your entire position

Frustration: When you make a mistake (not a big blunder) in a chess move. The beginning of a tilt will start this too.

Bullying: Doing it to other lower players, in bughouse, if your partner does not perform well, or people that like to post real thoughts and feelings (like me).

What can we do to stop it? Well, it looks simple, but it's not too easy. I have to work on this too. You can take deep breaths, workout, take a walk outside, ask someone to talk to you that you know really well, play a casual video game, or listen to quiet music.

This is a weird title. Why is Kaiping saying that? Well cause that in middle school, people called me a true friend but nobody was willing to get that positive attention. People only got the negative attention: which I was easily to be taken advantage of. So please, if you are meeting someone new or in a group of new people, don't judge people by their personality.
