JUST IMAGINE THE WORK EACH AND EVERY ARROWHEAD HAD DONE TO IT BY ONE OR MORE INJUNS JUST TO COMPLETE IT. AND ALSO WHAT ANIMALS THESE ARROWHEADS MIGHT HAVE BROUGHT DOWN. QUITE A HISTORY YOU HAVE THERE ladyvic!! WOW!

Wow! Where do you live to find so many? I use to live in southern New Mexico and have found a few but nothing like you have.

Back in the 60's my father planted a garden in land that was beside the Tuscarawas River. He found arrowheads every year the garden was plowed and planted. I don't think he had that many though.

We would find the fire pits and dig in them until you couldn't see our heads, finding items left and right lol.. After the fields are plowed you look for the black dirt spots and that's where the fire pits were. When the Indians got ready to travel, they would throw everything they couldn't carry in the fire pit.
