Grazing
My sister bought a farm last fall and one of the first things she did was buy four cows. Meat cows and not diary cows. I have a hard time remembering their names and call them things like "Hamburger" and "Steak" in my head Smiling . Taken May 2017.

Re: Grazing
I have never seen long hair cattle in the United States. They must be in a colder country.

Re: Grazing
I found it, they are Highland Cattle. Don't know if we have imported them to the US.

Re: Grazing
I think they would be too hot to live long haired in the United States. I saw a documentary on PBS and they had cattle like that in Scotland or Ireland or somewhere over the ocean where its colder.

Re: Grazing
I agree. Can't think of a place that is cold enough year around for that breed of Cattle. Then again (steelbound) didn't say where the picture was taken.

Re: Grazing

HAIR OVER THE EYES PROTECTS THEM FROM FLIES. BUT GUESS YOU COULD TRIM THE EXCESS TO IMPROVE THEIR VISION. WHERE ARE THE OTHER TWO?¿ WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE RANCH?¿
