Cyclone Alfred rain
I took this photo while on Moreton island at the start of the rain due to cyclone Alfred.

The cyclone died down a bit before hitting land.
Some trees down. Quite a bit of rain. Some places got 300+ mm.
Gold coast and Hervey bay areas got some flooding.

All in all everyone survived much better than expected.

The juxtaposition of the soft petals with the flurry from where they came is a good one....
