A Little Gift from Heaven
To He who died on Calvary
to save not himself but you and me
I do this thing to implore that you love me forever more

I give you honor El Shadday
I give you praise Adonay

To El Hannun for all you mercies
For He on high is full of Grace

All this and more to you my Lord
for that little Gift from heaven

This little gift called the Lamb
the little gift called Prince of Peace
Jehovah Shalom in whom I found a home
My Elohim for you are supreme

the Alpha and Omega
the beginning and the end
I thank you most for being my friend for you found me when I was dark you loved me when I lacked spark...so thank Lord for that little gift for it mended that which was a rift Amen.:>

I WAS HERE
BUT NOW I'M GONE
I LEFT THIS POEM
TO CARRY ON
THOSE WHO GOT TO KNOW ME
MADE A FRIEND INDEED
THOSE WHO DIDN'T BOTHER
I MIGHT JUST AS WELL BE A TREE

THE VILLAGE TINKER
inspired by "The Village Blacksmith" by Longfellow

Under a spreading lemon tree
The village tinker squats;
The tinker, a brawny man is he,
Surrounded by pans and pots;
When he's not quite so busy,
He presses forget-me-nots.

He's never heard of Teflon
Or microwaves and such.
It's metal cookware he works on,
Thank you very much.
The tinker is man named Sean.
He has a gentle touch.
