Until now, the tournament signup screen was showing the site tourneys and the club-restricted ones in a single list, causing the site tourneys to get lost amongst the club ones.

No longer. The two types of tourneys are now displayed separately, and you can switch between the two views, depending on which type of tournament you're interested in.
