Two new variants to the CrossDowns Suite are now available for playing - Stacking CrossDowns Race and Stacking CrossDowns Scatter. Additionally there have been several changes to the Scatter games!

In Stacking CrossDowns Race and Large Stacking CrossDowns Race, the rules are the same - you start in one corner and race your opponent to reach the center bullseye, but you can now change words by stacking new letters on the already existing tiles that you placed before. This helps you get out of jams when your tiles are not-so-good.

The changes in the Scatter game are two - fold:

• There are now more letters placed on the board, but evenly distributed between the 4 quadrants of the board. Instead of 8 on the regular board there are now 12. And on the Large board there are now 24 letters placed with 6 in each quadrant.
• There is now a Stacking version for both the regular and large boards. At first you must connect to the tiles that are placed on the board as is normal, but once those letters are used, you can then change those letters by stacking a tile on top of them.
