I'm happy to announce the availability of a new game - CrossDowns! CrossDowns is a game very similar to Grabble, with the following differences:

• In each turn, players can swap wild tiles placed on the board for the actual tiles with the corresponding letter, if they have one. Doing so constitutes a whole turn.
• The games use a different dictionary than Grabble - two different dictionaries, in fact. When creating a new game, players can choose between an International and a North American dictionary. The International dictionary is bigger than the other one, and words inappropriate for the site have been removed from both
• In addition to the base game, a Large variant exists, which uses a 21x21 board and twice as many tiles. The larger board holds a wider range of bonuses, including 5x letter and word bonuses
• The games use new graphics, provided by marcmandy

Several variants are also available, most of them similar to their Grabble counterparts, with both a regular and a large board size.
